Return Process

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide shipping instructions.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
